Meet your coach Alice

Alice, a Strength and Health Coach in Auckland, New Zealand, is also a competing Powerlifter, mother, wife, and owner of Live Stronger.

With a lifelong interest in anatomy and fitness, and a personal journey through chronic pain that led her to powerlifting, Alice has turned her challenges into a career. Her experience in overcoming pain through powerlifting inspired her to become a Personal Trainer, specializing in strength conditioning, powerlifting, and rehabilitation.

She holds an NZIHF Level 4 qualification and a Prekure Health Coach certification, focusing on holistic health and wellness.

Alice's achievements in Powerlifting include 2 World Records in Deadlift and Squat at the GPC Nationals 2023, and 14 New Zealand National records across multiple categories.

Her dedication earned her the 2023 Heart of PreKure Award.

Live Stronger embodies her passion for supporting others in their health journeys, providing guidance, and celebrating their commitment to self-improvement.

How to download the app?

When you sign up, you will receive a link to download the app from the App Stores.

Can I have Personal Training face-to-face?

Yes, for anyone based in Auckland, New Zealand. However, I am fully-booked currently so the best way to train with me is via the app. Contact me if you want to go on the waitlist for in person training sessions.

Are you a real person?

Yes! You can send me a message in the app, and I aim to reply within 24 hours. I want you to succeed, and the best way for this to happen is through a tailored health and wellness plan.

Can I cancel the Live Stronger subscription?

Yes, cancel any time. You are billed weekly, so cancellations mean you will keep access to the app until when your next payment would be due.

How long until I see results?

This can vary depending on your goals, but to make lasting change I encourage you to be committed to 6-12 months of sustained effort. I will be with you every step of the way, and together we'll hit your goals!
